Living Heritage Guide
CHF 0.00

local food · artisans · eco experiences

The Living Heritage Guide is a curated, hand-picked sustainability guide to the best of a region — its organic food producers, artisan makers, farm shops, restaurants and eco experiences. Designed for conscious travellers, each edition is researched, photographed and written on location, then produced as a beautiful physical map and digital content package.

Starting in Sweden, the Living Heritage Guide is built to scale.

Wild Food & Gut Microbiome
CHF 0.00

Bringing wild, local and seasonal food back to the table, and to the gut

A research and product project at the intersection of wild Nordic food, gut microbiome science and regenerative food systems. Wild berries and herbs and locally produced foods are tested for nutritional content, trace elements and microbiome impact — then carefully processed and brought to people who want to eat better, closer to the source.

The project explores how wild and local food, free from pesticides, antibiotics and long supply chains, can become a practical, accessible tool for better health. With roots in Jämtland's forests and mires, and eyes on the European market.

About

Food is where ecology, people, and culture meet. That’s where I work as an advisor, a researcher, and someone who gathers her own food.
